I feel conflicted about spiral bound notebooks. On the one hand they are highly functional; as you note, they are versatile and can be flipped and bent to suit many kinds of writing set ups. But the perforations feel flimsy to me, even though I know it's as easy to rip out a spiral bound page as it is a non spiral bound one.

It’s def more utilitarian! But the Appointed ones for example won’t feel that way at all, at least in my experience
